We are looking for a Manufacturing Chief Engineer – Serial Life
The Manufacturing Chief Engineer (MCE) leads all manufacturing activities within the program/project team, ensuring the successful launch and industrialization of Serial Life projects (Mid Cycle Action, new propulsion systems). This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating launch readiness, and ensuring product manufacturability, quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.
Reports to Master Plan Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Process Project Leaders and ensure implementation of KPI standards.
• Define transformation cost and coordinate with Stellantis Production Way and plant excellence teams.
• Ensure readiness for X0 Phase and manage slow builds and defect detection.
• Implement action plans to meet project targets during plant landing and quality convergence.
• Represent the plant in manufacturing teams and coordinate launch activities.
Required Skills and Experience
• Graduate degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical scope.
• Fluent in English

• Leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project and program management
