The operating company has an annual revenue of approx. 1.3B and will continue to grow over the next coming years. Main offices are in Milan (Italy). The Senior Finance Analyst will report to the Senior Business Controller. Responsibilities Financial Planning & Controlling Systems updates & Masterdata maintenance Monthly / quarterly closing and reporting activities for the respective area Review the major sales variations versus budget cycles, understanding the key drivers and providing management with insights for decision-making Have an end-to-end financial planning & forecasting responsibility for the respective area Provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization Continuous improvement in the way of working, enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes Compliance: Comply with J&J worldwide financial, Healthcare Compliance, and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization Ensure compliance with local regulations Business Partnering: Influence business leadership in financial decision-making Lead and supervise performance against business plan commitments for the respective area Bring an external focus and establish connections with internal and external partners that drive business performance Participate in EMEA and cross-sector initiatives Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups Qualifications Master’s degree in finance / economics / accounting is required A minimum of 3-4 years finance or related business experience is required.
