Responsibilities :
1. Be an effective leader within the team, motivating and building a team of highly capable retail professionals across all aspects of their roles.
2. Coordinate Field Account Management and Promoters operating at a national level in the main stores of key accounts.
3. Work in agreement with the Retail team and the Training Manager to deliver a consumer-oriented approach across the retail domain.
4. Develop guidelines for placing Point-of-Sale materials inside stores in collaboration with the Retail Team.
5. Implement targets for Xiaomi display structures within stores for main retailers.
6. Develop strategies with the Field Account Management and Promoter team to achieve optimal in-store execution.
7. Oversee sell-out performance driven by sales activities within stores.
8. Identify areas with poor sales performance, report issues, and propose solutions and actions to the Retail Director.
9. Prepare for and participate in regular Field Force meetings, presenting key information and results.
10. Communicate the broader business strategy to the team effectively.
Requirements :
1. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Strong background in consumer electronics, with experience in smartphones or related categories considered a plus.
4. Knowledge of visibility guidelines in main channels like Operator stores and Key-Retailers.
5. Proven leadership skills to manage a retail operations team, with strong retail knowledge and sales skills.
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities; solutions-oriented and a team player.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Confident and assertive communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills; creative and innovative problem solver.
