Candidate Profile
An accomplished hospitality professional with proven experience in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a luxury or upscale environment, demonstrating a strong ability to lead large teams, manage complex operations, and consistently deliver exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the strategic direction of the housekeeping function in alignment with the property’s vision and luxury standards
* Establish, monitor, and continuously elevate quality benchmarks across all areas of responsibility
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, pride, and excellence
* Ensure seamless daily operations, with particular focus on VIP guests and high-profile requirements
* Oversee comprehensive inspection programs to guarantee flawless execution and presentation
* Direct all housekeeping operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail
* Anticipate operational needs based on occupancy and business levels, ensuring optimal resource allocation
