We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a focus on Accounting and Administration to support a dynamic professional team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable using advanced digital tools to manage administrative and financial workflows. Coordinate day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data entry and document management.
Use digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software, and Adobe Suite to support project workflows.
Maintain clear and effective communication with a remote team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
High School Diploma with a specialization in Accounting (or equivalent).
Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably within remote work settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software, and Adobe Suite.
Conversational fluency in English.
