Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- At least 3 years' experience in Administration;
- Significant experience of complete MS Office package;
- Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 4 years post related experience, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 6 years post related experience.
Duties/role:
- Performing as Senior Assistant to the Station Commander and leading all administrative activities at the site;
- Developing and proposing new or improved internal administrative processes to the Commander;
- Liaising, as directed, with other central administrative departments of the Agency, including NIMSC HRPMO, SATCOM Business Unit Principal Assistant, CPO, Finance, Travel, Training, etc.
