Within a project to enhance the After Sales Technical Support Service, we are selecting candidates for our Verona office.
Position Description
The candidate will be part of the Technical Support Office and will report to the Service & After Sales Manager. Responsibilities include:
1. Technical site inspection for pre-installation verification
2. Installation and testing of medical electrical equipment at client sites
3. Routine, preventive, and extraordinary maintenance of medical equipment
4. Training end-users on operation and maintenance of the equipment
Ideal Candidate Profile
Possesses a solid technical background in electromechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and IT. Proficient with main IT systems (Windows and Office). Has relevant experience in similar roles within commercial companies or technical support services. Demonstrates strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and good communication and interpersonal abilities.
