About the role Conduct regular auditing field activities. Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach. Carry out work efficiently and competently as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements. Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times. Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration to serve as Lead Auditor. Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timelines and budgets. Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate core competencies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel. Contribute to a positive work environment and team development. Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and client stakeholders. Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data management. The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as: Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities. About you Position Qualifications Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS). Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience in coordinating and managing an auditing team. Proven attitude towards auditing, including flexibility, mobility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining client relations. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
