Based in our headquarters office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Customer Service Team.
The Customer Service Turkey position is responsible for the daily operational management of customers in the Turkish-speaking market, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the order management process.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing daily customer service activities, supporting customers and agents from order placement through to shipment of goods, while coordinating with the sales force and internal departments involved (purchasing, administration, logistics);
* Entering orders during sales campaign periods, as well as handling refill and stock orders throughout the season;
* Monitoring goods arrivals, allocation, and shipment handling;
* Following up and resolving potential shipment-related issues (returns, missing items, delays, etc.);
* Maintaining daily communication with the sales force, agents, and customers in the Turkish market;
* Working closely and regularly with the Turkish team based in Istanbul.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company (preferably in the textile/fashion industry)
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields.
SKILLS AND ATTITU"DES
* Native or fluent Turkish and professional proficiency in English;
* Advanced knowledge of IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc);
* Strong team spirit, multitasking skills, and collaborative attitude;
* Eagerness to learn and take on daily challenges;
* Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
