A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and businesses.Within Leonardo's **Aircraft Division** in the ASO (Air Service Operator) / RPAS BA / UAV Organizational Unit at our Ronchi dei Legionari office, we are looking for a pilot & training manager.The Pilot/Training Manager will be responsible for:* organizing and managing the Recurrent Training planned for ASO personnel,* preparing training courses for Customers – both theoretical and practical* conducting operational flights during the Training On the Job phases and the delivery of sales systems.The main reference programs are:* Sale and support contract to the Italian Air Force.* Telespazio Iberica service contract for the Falco EVO system.* FRONTEX service contract for the Falco EVO system* Service contract in the Democratic Republic of Congo for UN-MONUSCO.**Education:**Technical/Scientific Diploma or STEM Degree**Required Experience Level (Junior, Expert, Senior, Master):**Expert, 4 years of experience on Manned and RPAS systems**Technical skills:*** Valid CPL/ATPL license (EASA or ICAO)* SORA Course* Flight Instructor Course**Behavioral skills:*** aptitude for coordinating a work team (Multi Crew Coordination)* decision-making capacity for safe flight conduct* problem solving in compliance with established rules.**Language skills:**Knowledge of spoken and written English A2**Computer skills:**Use and knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)**Other (e.G.
