HomeWell Care Services, a growing home health agency, is looking for dedicated caregivers to join our team in Venice, Florida. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care and building strong relationships with clients and care teams, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
Flexible Shifts
We need caregivers who are ready to bring their best to every shift—whether it’s a few hours or a full day. Here’s what we offer:
* Day shifts
* Overnights
* Short shifts (2-3 hours)
* 12-hour shifts
* Weekends
* Live-in opportunities (coming soon—ask during your interview!)
Competitive Pay
* 2-hour shifts: $25/hour
* 3-hour shifts: $20/hour
* 4+ hour shifts: $16–$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience)

Your Role as a Caregiver
As part of our team, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to our clients, including:
* Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Offering companionship and conversation to brighten their day
* Helping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safely
* Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Providing medication reminders and personal care
* Transporting clients to appointments or errands
What You’ll Need
* 1 Year of Experience in home care or a related field
* CPR Certification or willingness to get certified with us
* Valid Florida Driver’s License, Car Insurance & Registration
* Level 2 Background Check or willingness to complete one
* Availability: At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each month
