Responsibilities
* Manage the entire technical‑commercial proposal process, from needs analysis to contract signing, in line with corporate strategies.
* Ensure customer satisfaction on assigned projects, coordinating with other business functions.
* Maintain relationships and retain active customers, including on‑site visits.
* Update CRM per company procedures.
* Develop technical‑commercial offers, analysing technical and economic feasibility.
* Draft and present proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals with support from the sales manager.
* Confirm contractual conditions with legal support and align offers with negotiation outcomes.
* Verify consistency between agreed terms and delivery schedules to relevant departments.
Requirements
* Technical background and academic training.
* Knowledge of market, competitors, and sales process for project‑based sales.
* Experience with pricing models and commercial offer development.
* Proficiency in CRM usage.
* Familiarity with contract types and contractual clauses.
* Statistical analysis skills for data evaluation.
* English language proficiency (C1/B2).
* Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
* Residence near Albino (IT) or willingness to relocate.
