Job description Our client is a metalworking company specializing in precision steel processing for the packaging industry, operating on an international market. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of: Sales Back Office Specialist – English B2 Main Responsibilities - Manage foreign customer orders, from entry into the system through to final fulfillment. - Provide operational support to the sales team in their day‑to‑day activities. - Maintain direct communication with international customers regarding order and shipment updates. - Coordinate continuously with the production department to monitor order progress. - Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to plan and schedule shipments. - Update customer data and operational conditions in the company management system. - Verify export documentation and provide support with international shipping procedures. - Monitor delivery timelines and manage internal reminders. - Handle customer complaints and ensure internal follow‑up until full resolution. - Prepare periodic reports to support the commercial department and sales management. Mandatory Requirements: - Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level). - Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment. - Good knowledge of business management software (AS400 preferred). The ideal candidate will also have: - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively. - A team‑oriented mindset and strong cross‑functional communication skills. - A working knowledge of French, which will be considered a valuable plus. Requirements Gestione ordini clienti esteri dall’inserimento a sistema fino all’evasione Supporto operativo ai sales nelle attività quotidiane (no vendita, no offerte) Contatto diretto con clienti esteri per aggiornamenti su ordini e spedizioni Interfaccia costante con la produzione per monitorare lo stato delle commesse Coordinamento con logistica e magazzino per pianificazione spedizioni Aggiornamento anagrafiche clienti e condizioni operative a gestionale Verifica documentazione export e supporto pratiche di spedizione estero Monitoraggio tempi di consegna e gestione solleciti interni Gestione reclami clienti e follow-up interno fino alla risoluzione Reportistica periodica a supporto dell’area commerciale e direzione vendite Requisiti Inglese B2 scritto e parlato Esperienza in ruoli di back office commerciale, preferibilmente in contesti produttivi Buona padronanza di Excel e gestionali aziendali Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di lavorare per priorità Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione interfunzionale
