Responsible for achieving world-class uptime and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance strategies and swift issue resolution. They develop and implement maintenance protocols, manage escalation procedures, and communicate operational decisions to Senior Management while driving continuous improvements in service reliability.brThey have extensive hands-on experience in EV charger maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. They understand both hardware and software components of various charging systems, can effectively diagnose complex technical issues, and implement preventive maintenance programs.brYour tasks include conceiving, initiating and leading projects with widespread impact on the EV chargers network. You will achieve this by breaking down complex problems into straightforward and actionable solutions. This will be achieved by working with internal teams to understand user requirements and challenges as well as collaborating with teams or individuals from other disciplines, cultures and countries.
