The group also has properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds. /p pExperimental service philosophy is built around three core principles: the quality of the products, the precision of the service, and the genuine warmth of our welcome. /p h3About Experimental Roma /h3 pOpening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental group. /p pHoused in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. /p pThe property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome. /p pJoin Experimental and be part of an opening where creativity, passion, and the joy of hospitality come together on the Roman scene. /p h3About The Job /h3 pAs General Manager, you are responsible for leading the successful opening and ongoing operations of Experimental Roma. /p pYour role is both strategic and hands-on, guiding the pre-opening phase, building and inspiring your team, and ensuring the hotel’s launch reflects the creativity, elegance, and excellence that define the Experimental spirit. /p h3Pre-opening Opening Phase /h3 ul liLead the recruitment of the hotel's opening team. /li liOversee the ordering, delivery, and implementation of all OSE for the Rooms and FB departments in collaboration with the Support team. /li liEnsure that all initial stock orders are placed and delivered prior to opening. /li liIn collaboration with the project team, ensure all outstanding issues and deficiencies are resolved before welcoming the first guests. /li liWork closely with the Sales team to deploy the hotel's opening sales and marketing strategy (marketing, distribution, yield, MICE development). /li /ul h3Operations /h3 ul liOversee the smooth daily operation of the hotel (Rooms, Spa, and FB), in close collaboration with the FB Manager and the Front Office Manager. /li liEnsure fluid communication between all departments (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, FB). /li liRepresent the hotel and the Experimental brand through exemplary guest engagement, advice, and service - ensuring brand image and fostering guest loyalty. /li liActively participate in resolving technical issues, anticipate maintenance and renovation needs, and ensure the overall upkeep and aesthetic integrity of the property (design, cleanliness, condition). /li liSupport and guide department heads (Rooms, FB, Maintenance) in developing and improving their operations. /li liGuarantee compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in line with local standards. /li liRepresent the property within the local community and maintain strong relationships with external partners (tourism offices, agencies, suppliers, local authorities). /li /ul h3Revenue Management Commercial Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and oversee the property's revenue strategy and drive business growth. /li liDevelop the sales policy in collaboration with the Sales Manager. /li liWork with the Revenue Manager to establish clear and structured pricing and sales strategies across all teams. /li liDevelop annual budgets and commercial action plans. /li liCollaborate closely with the Group Operations and Sales teams to align local and global objectives. /li /ul h3Accounting Financial Control /h3 ul liSupervise inventories and stock management in line with group standards. /li liManage purchasing processes, control deliveries, and maintain positive supplier relationships. /li liOptimize operational performance to ensure compliance with budget targets and key financial indicators. /li liCoordinate administrative and reporting matters between the hotel and the group's headquarters. /li /ul h3Human Resources /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. /li liCoordinate team recruitment in collaboration with the HR department. /li liOversee team scheduling in line with business needs. /li liSupport the professional development and training of your teams - guiding talent growth through your leadership and expertise. /li liWork closely with the HR team to apply group standards and encourage internal mobility. /li liMonitor payroll expenses and provide strategic recommendations when necessary. /li /ul h3Communication Events /h3 ul liRepresent the Experimental brand and always embody its values. /li liProactively propose and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement -
