Assistant General Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at the NH Congress Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing and coordinating the hotel team, promoting their potential growth and motivation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
* Supervise and support Heads of Department to achieve optimal results and exceed guest expectations.
* Identify commercial opportunities by building relationships with local clients and developing targeted marketing strategies.
* Analyze operational reports and management accounts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all departments.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* A strong understanding of hospitality operations and revenue management principles.
* The ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
* Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
* Experience with office software, particularly Excel.
