This critical role involves the design, development, and maintenance of automated industrial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key part in the continuous improvement and modernization of our plant's automation systems. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliDesign, develop, and test automated industrial processes, systems, and components. /liliPerform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial automation systems. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain industrial automation systems. /liliImplement new technologies and software to improve automation processes. /liliDevelop and maintain technical documentation for industrial automation systems. /liliExecute preventive maintenance in industrial automation systems. /liliAnalyze system performance and suggest modifications or upgrades. /liliMonitor system operation and respond to alarms and errors promptly. /liliProvide technical support to operations and maintenance personnel. /liliCorrect and/or ensure the safe operation of the plants within the quality and safety standards dictated by Bunge. /liliMonitor the obsolescence of installed automation components and software, planning for necessary upgrades. /liliCollaborate daily with ordinary and extraordinary repairs of the plant. /liliDuring annual shutdowns, ensure the correct execution of all planned tasks related to automation systems. /liliSupport all potential suppliers during field visits and scope definition for projects. /liliParticipate in design work at all stages of automation modernization projects. /liliCheck project and assembly documentation for accuracy and completeness. /liliCollaborate with other departments to ensure overall system reliability and safety. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pullibEducation: /b Higher technical education with a focus on automation of production processes. A background in Engineering, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or a similar field is required. /lilibExperience: /b Approximately 3 years of experience as an automation engineer or automation project engineer, preferably within the oilseed industry or oil gas industry. /lilibTechnical Skills: /b /liliSolid understanding of computer programming and software development. /liliSolid understanding of electrical diagrams. /li /ul
