This is a strategic, cross-functional role sitting above the operational layer, defining the standards, frameworks, and improvement programmes that determine whether a multi-asset portfolio performs, scales, and stays commercially sharp. /ppbr/ppstrongThe role /strong /ppbr/ppYou'll work transversally across Operations, Asset Management and OM across multiple European markets, driving continuous improvement in asset performance, cost efficiency and operational scalability. /ppA significant part of this role is contract-focused and that's deliberate. You'll lead the optimisation of the full operational contract stack: OM LTSAs, security services, SCADA/communications agreements. You'll own the RFP process end-to-end, define owner's requirements, set contractual KPIs, benchmark costs, and negotiate with major service providers. If contracts aren't performing, you'll be the one who fixes them. /ppBeyond contracts, you'll connect the dots between what happens in the field and what gets built into the next project.
