Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job
This position is a key role in supporting the coordination and implementation of our press relations strategy. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our optimal positioning in local and international media, as well as delivering the right message to consumers, press, tourism professionals, and internally.
Reporting to the Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will support the optimal positioning of our brand in the local media and also foreign media, focusing on the communication of the right image and message to the general consumer market, the influential press community, tourism professionals, internal staff, and Brand partners, with the overall objective to drive footfall, revenue, and luxury shopping destination image.
The role is hybrid and offered on a full-time, permanent contract. This offer is also available for candidates belonging to protected categories as per the relevant law.
About the Role:
* This role involves designing and implementing a PR plan to build credibility within key fashion institutions, opinion leaders, media partners, and corporate partners.
* You will define a PR plan to support annual and strategic plans and objectives for footfall targets and sales per customer spending targets, particularly for HNWI.
* You will support the coordination of local, national, and international PR strategies with a clear focus on both national and regional levels.
* You will regularly analyze market information on sales, results, impact of PR initiatives and activities, market trends, and local consumer behavior.
* You will support the development of effective internal communication of PR positioning and 'voice' to all departments and share it throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of external PR consultants or agencies on all PR issues, including event planning and organization.
* Work with the press agency to obtain well-placed, high-quality editorial coverage in targeted press, offline, and online media, playing an active role in delivering the concept and image of our brand.
* Support the production and promotion of all village press tools, including press release production, copywriting.
* Liaise with the PR agency on the organization of PR activities, such as press trips.
* Support the development of press events to promote our brand, including logistics, proposals, setup, and event management, overseeing the production and promotion of these events.
* Manage, monitor, and analyze process and reporting tools.
* Coordinate all artwork of the press documents according to group guidelines.
* Organize, welcome, and coordinate international press trips.
* Support collaboration with journalists/editors (fashion, lifestyle, art, music, sport, food, and travel) to obtain well-placed, high-quality editorial coverage in targeted press and media.
* Create and update international and local journalists mailing lists and influencers databases.
* Edit results analysis for action plan and ROI.
* Coordinate trade and travel press, organizing itineraries in collaboration with travel partners, transfers, gifts, and gift cards.
Influencer Marketing and Social Media:
* You will support developing a KOL strategy - national and targeting key international markets - together with the Senior PR & Communication Manager, aligned with Central PR Strategy, and with the local retail marketing team, in order to build credibility within the key opinion leaders and amplify our campaign.
* Maintain relationships with the Village's network of national and international KOLs and Ambassadors.
* Develop relationships with local, national, and international KOLs and Ambassadors.
* Coordinate KOL visits, organizing itineraries in collaboration with travel partners, transfers, gifts, and gift cards.
* Coordinate the KOL content approval, in collaboration with the retail and marketing team.
* You will define a social media plan for Wechat, Wechat Mini Program, and Little Red Book, according to each channel's tone of voice and objective, in collaboration with the social media agency and Chinese consultant, defining the content for each channel, and in partnerships with the Village's social media manager.
* Coordinate weekly communication on Wechat Groups and run weekly and monthly analysis of Wechat, Wechat Mini Program, and Little Red Book, in collaboration with the Social Media Agency.
