Hiring : Head of Support – Must Be an Experienced Trader Full-Time | Remote | Prop Trading Firm | Immediate Start We’re looking for a Support Operations Manager who is first and foremost a trader — someone who lives and breathes markets, understands prop firm logic, and can confidently lead a team while making real-time decisions based on trading data. If you’re the person everyone goes to when a trading issue needs solving — this is your position. Your Role : You’ll be responsible for leading and optimizing our 15-person support team, overseeing challenge verifications, payout eligibility checks, trade dispute handling, and more. This is not a passive support job — you will be the trading brain behind our customer success engine.
