Ph3Associate Nurse Unit Manager – PACU and Anaesthetics /h3 h3Permanent Full Time /h3 h3About The Role: /h3 pReporting to the Nurse Unit Manager and Director of Clinical Services, you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements. This position will take direct ownership of the day to day operations of these specialised areas within the perioperative space ensuring a culture of high-performance and patient centred care is consistently maintained. /p pThe successful candidate will support the supervision, leadership, and motivation of staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to deliver on financial and human resource expectations. You will effectively help to manage roster processes, allocate duties for nursing staff, and provide a positive, safe, learning environment. /p h3What you’ll bring: /h3 ul liCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse /li liDemonstrated extensive clinical skills and experience as a Clinical Nurse or Nurse in Charge, delivering high standards of clinical care utilising specialist knowledge /li liPost graduate Clinical Nursing qualification (or currently working towards) /li liMinimum of 1-2 years management or team leading experience. /li liSignificant experience in a hospital perioperative environment /li /ul h3Remuneration /h3 pA base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $57.76 plus superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
