Position : Amazon Advertising Specialist Location : Remote Salary : €28k-€35k plus benefits The Role We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our Amazon advertising team. This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients. The role is suited to someone who loves responsibility, delivering results, and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon Advertising platform. FordeBaker is based in the UK, so employment is based on a permanent freelance contract. All other employee benefits and equipment supply are the same as a normal payroll employee. We cater services to each client and specialize in working with ambitious brands seeking high standards in strategic, commercial, and marketing consultancy. Main responsibilities Developing and managing Amazon paid search and DSP campaigns Reporting and providing deep insights about performance Creating acquisition plans for new products and adjusting strategies based on performance Developing processes and frameworks to improve efficiency We encourage the role-holder to act as a thought leader internally and externally. The Ideal Candidate We value attitude over experience and believe the right person can grow into this role. However, our minimum expectations include: At least 3 years managing Amazon paid media campaigns Experience analyzing performance and creating insightful reports Budget and sales forecasting skills Ability to develop campaign strategies for new brands and products Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously (desirable) Familiarity with Amazon ad management software The person who succeeds in this role will exhibit these behaviors Tenacity Ambition A love of learning Fearlessness in trying new approaches Embracing challenges Instinct to act Our company culture thrives on autonomy, work-life balance, and striving for excellence. The role is 100% remote and open to candidates worldwide. Availability to communicate with clients in the US, UK, and mainland Europe during their working hours is required.
