We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist at DHL Supply Chain and work closely with the Purchasing Manager and our collaborative team. You’ll play a key role as a trusted partner for internal clients, ensuring quality, price, and service in all procurement activities. What you’ll do: Support internal customer satisfaction by delivering on quality, price, and service expectations; Collaborate with technical departments (facility, security, project management) and coordinate with the GBS Procurement team; Prepare and manage tenders: identify suppliers, analyze offers, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers; Monitor project timelines and proactively address challenges, involving the manager when needed; Conduct data analysis and create reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement.
