We are looking for a Mechanical Quality Laboratory Specialist who will be the point of reference for all product validation and testing activities. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards through rigorous laboratory analysis and accurate measurements.
Your Impact
Manage, calibrate, and maintain all laboratory instrumentation (e.g., CMM machines, dynamometers, climatic chambers).
Perform dimensional, mechanical, performance, and durability tests on components and finished products according to control plans and technical specifications.
Develop and validate new test methodologies to support R&D; and new product introduction.
Analyze test results, prepare detailed technical reports, and ensure proper documentation traceability.
Provide technical and analytical support to Quality Engineers during root cause analysis investigations.
Isolate, characterize, and manage non-conforming products identified during testing phases.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What You Should Bring
Proven background in a Quality Laboratory within a structured manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of metrology and proficiency in using advanced measurement instruments (CMM, LaserScan, calipers, etc.).
Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.;
Hands‑on experience with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness), material analysis, and durability tests.
Knowledge of major international testing standards (ISO, ASTM).
Good comprehension of technical English.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation Data
We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
