Key aspects of this role include stakeholder management, preparation, global travel, executing installation and maintenance tasks, and reporting. What you will do: Prepare and execute installation jobs. Conduct service visits. Troubleshoot production issues at customer sites. Manage local employees in larger installation projects. Communicate regularly with customers about progress and report to your team. Train customers and provide feedback to colleagues. You will work with experienced colleagues both on-site and in the office, gaining knowledge about our machines. Since the role involves global travel, you will be away from home regularly. We plan projects and travel schedules considering your holidays, birthdays, and personal time, ensuring a good work-life balance. About you: You are passionate about technology, enjoy traveling, and have a service-oriented attitude. You are independent, flexible, and resilient under stress. You like hands-on work, possess an analytical mindset, and have strong problem-solving skills. To succeed as a Field Service Engineer, you: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a vocational degree with relevant experience. Possess basic knowledge of electrical and controls engineering (advantageous). Have an interest or experience in process engineering and/or food production. Have good command of English.
