They support country medical functions with expert knowledge, ensuring adherence to global/local policies, legal frameworks, and Pfizer tools.Primary ResponsibilitiesMedical project/process consultancy: Serve as Point-of-Contact (PoC) for all local RD medical functions to support MA-relevant processes, systems, and tools, as well as project planning and execution.Provide guidance and support to MA colleagues on compliance, legal, and shared services frameworks, utilizing established best practices.Process improvement: Act as RD expert to coordinate and enhance MA processes and cross-functional interactions, establishing platforms for exchange within MA Italy and cross-functionally.Serve as MA-PoC within MQG and for other stakeholders for process development or improvements, leading roll-out workstreams.Process/project education: Ensure onboarding and continuous training of MA colleagues on processes, tools, and policies.Collect and disseminate best practices regarding MA processes across BUs and within RD MA Italy.Medical projects include advisory boards, HCP/HCO service agreements, congresses, digital initiatives, grants, research, publications, donations, and information management.What You OfferAt least 3 years of experience in process and project management within big pharma, with a strong track record in managing complex processes in matrix structures; experience in Medical Affairs or Pfizer preferred.University degree.Strong analytical, systematic, and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset.Excellent coordination, assertiveness, and organizational skills in a matrix organization.Fluency in Italian and good English skills.Alignment with Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity, and Joy.Other Job DetailsContract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract.Location: Rome.Relocation Package: Not available.Additional: Flexible working, welfare, medical insurance.PurposeTo deliver breakthroughs that change patients' lives, guided by Pfizer's values of courage, joy, equity, and excellence.Leading digital transformation to accelerate drug discovery and development for better health outcomes and patient experiences.FlexibilityWe aim to foster a trusting, flexible workplace culture that promotes work-life harmony, attracts talent, and enables employees to perform at their best.
