Responsibilities: Support regions/plants in constructing and following up on the “Environment Health Safety master plan” for the entire AAD division of Nidec Group, sharing standards and best practices among them; Manage the “EHS Stream” within the AAD 3Q6S Central Team Organization to drive plants in applying “Lean Manufacturing” EHS methods & tools to improve KPIs, in cooperation with other Central Team Leaders to design a common strategy; Ensure the availability and dissemination of appropriate “EHS Stream” training materials to enhance knowledge across regions/plants; Ensure application of global standards, procedures, and policies included in the EHS management system; evaluate specific programs to enhance EHS awareness and compliance with country regulations; organize inspections, assessments, and audits; lead “EHS improvement” workshops supporting regions/plants; Manage governance of first-level KPIs related to “Safety, Fire, Environment” to measure and ensure improvements at AAD level; Serve as a reference point for tools and technical solutions to improve Safety & Environment culture and standardize their application across all AAD plants; Participate in large projects and lead the implementation of specific tools or new technical solutions, especially in new plants/lines or relocation programs, to ensure optimal safety conditions from the design stage. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field; ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications (Auditor); CHSO and SSH certifications (US certifications); At least 15 years of experience in EHS, with knowledge of regulatory compliance, hazardous substances control, incident investigation, and EHS management systems; Knowledge of WCM methodology/Lean Manufacturing and specific EHS tools and methods (good level); Excellent command of English; Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
