Support the Head of the Internal Audit, contributing to set up methodologies and tools in line with best practices and with SOX requirements;
in line with the annual Audit Plan, support the Head of Internal Audit to execute and coordinate financial, operational and compliance audits, in all Group’s Brands;
Contribute to identify possible risks associated with all business objectives, by evaluating control systems in place and improving the effectiveness of the risk management, control, and internal governance processes, to mitigate those risks;
Identify and share key findings also proposing proper actions to address internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies;
Prepare audit report to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the auditees;
Schedule and carry out follow-up audits to verify the implementation of the action plan as agreed with the Brands;
Support the Head of Internal Audit in liaising with central Audit Committee, Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Body;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in audit firms and/or Internal Audit departments of multinational companies preferably in luxury and/or retail market
Master’s degree. xlwpduy Additional certification (CIA, CCSA, CRMA etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
Good knowledge of IFRS and requirements for public companies with reference to SOX
Data analytics skills
Advanced use of common computer applications tools (e.g. Microsoft Office package).
fluency in Italian and English
Excellent oral and written communication skills, capability to work independently executing within deadlines and budget
Unquestioned integrity and strong ethics values
Willingness to travel globally (up to 40%)
