Through printed and digital learning content, platforms, and services, we contribute to shaping the future of education across Europe.In Italy, Sanoma Learning operates through **Sanoma Italia** — a powerhouse of educational brands including Paravia, Edizioni Scolastiche Bruno Mondadori, LANG, LINX, PARAMOND, and Learning Academy — combining heritage and innovation to shape the future of learning.**Your role**As **Communication Specialist**, you will join the Marketing & Communication team in Italy on a maternity cover contract.You will contribute to the execution and day-to-day management of communication initiatives targeting primary and secondary school teachers, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing campaigns and activities.**Your responsibilities*** Contribute to the development and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns targeting the education sector.* Support the coordination of external suppliers, creative agencies, and partners, ensuring quality standards and timelines.* Collaborate with internal teams on the creation of content, including copy, digital materials, web pages, and mailings.* Create and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and digital assets supporting marketing initiatives.* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, sharing insights and reports with the team.**What we expect from you*** At least 2 years of experience in communication, marketing, or related roles, preferably within editorial, education, or digital environments.* Interest in and sensitivity towards the education sector and teacher audience.* A good level of operational autonomy, combined with a collaborative and proactive mindset.* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.* Familiarity with digital tools for web page creation and email marketing.* Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone of voice.* Basic knowledge of analytics and performance monitoring tools.**Nice to have:*** Experience with HubSpot.* **Knowledge of Piwik PRO or similar analytics tools.*** Ability to use Canva to independently create basic visual materials.**What we offer*** Fixed-term contract for maternity cover.* Integration into a collaborative and supportive team environment.* Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the Education sector.* Remote working up to 3 days per week, in line with company policy.* Salary and grade aligned with experience and according to the applicable collective agreement.Apply and help us support teachers and schools in shaping the future of learning.Sanoma Learning is an equal opportunity employer.
