Culinary Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary operations team. As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, as well as managing a team of cooks.
Responsibilities:
* To supervise a team of cooks and prepare food to the highest standard.
* To ensure that all food products are prepared according to recipe and presented attractively.
* To maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
* To train and support junior colleagues in their roles.
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work effectively under pressure.
