The resource will have the opportunity to develop cross‐functional skills in operational coordination, data analysis, document management, and internal communication.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport to operational activities
Assisting in managing requests coming from storesFollowing up on operational issues and coordinating between stores and suppliersUpdating operational checklists and store support materials
KPI monitoring and performance analysis
Collecting and consolidating data from storesSupporting the creation of periodic reports on operational KPIs (sales, costs, efficiencies)Analyzing any anomalies and proposing operational solutions
Document management and back‐office
Organizing and archiving documents related to operational processes and internal regulationsPreparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and training sessionsUpdating procedures and operational manualsCollecting quotations and comparing offersSupporting the management of interventions and maintenance activitiesMonitoring SLAs and updating the supplier database
Support to cross‐departmental projects
Collaborating with Construction, HR, IT, and Brand Standards on dedicated projectsContributing to the implementation of new processes and internal toolsParticipating in internal audits and operational standards checks
Field activities (where applicable)
Participating in store visits and site inspectionsCollecting operational feedback and photographic records
What do you bring
Studies in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldsFluency in ItalianGood Knoledge of englishStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood analytical skills and familiarity with Excel / Power BIProactivity, problem‐solving mindset, and team‐working attitudeGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
