Recruiting Operations
Build and manage our ATS and recruiting workflows from the ground upTrack and report on pipeline metrics, time‐to‐hire, and offer acceptance ratesDevelop and refine job descriptions, interview scorecards, and evaluation frameworksManage relationships with recruiting agencies and sourcing vendors where needed

Background and Qualifications
3–5 years of full‐cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a high‐growth startup or venture‐backed companyExperience recruiting GTM roles (AEs, SDRs, Marketing) and/or technical roles (engineers, PMs)Hands‐on experience with an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar)Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive candidatesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; candidates love talking to youAbility to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball
