Your Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and optimize Business Intelligence and reporting solutions to enhance financial and business performance trackingDesign and manage efficient data warehouses for streamlined data storage and retrieval, leveraging AI where applicableImplement data-driven controlling strategies, ensuring accuracy, transparency and reliability in financial assessmentsEnsure data integrity and consistency across multiple systemsUtilize advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python) to create insightful reports and dashboardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection processes and drive continuous improvementSupport the automation of controlling workflows by identifying opportunities for increased efficiencyBuild and simulate financial models, providing analysis, budgeting, ROI calculations and other insights to support business planningDefine and implement standardized processes and reporting structures for budgeting and financial reporting, with a strong focus on process improvement and simplification
Your Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in Business AnalyticsSeveral years of professional experience in a similar role, with expertise in BI reporting, data warehouse management, and financial controllingStrong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other analytics toolsIn-depth understanding of financial processes, KPIs, and cost control methodologiesExperience with financial software (e.g., SAP, MS Office—especially Excel, MS Dynamics) and data integrationAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExcellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent knowledge of English and Italian and/or German
