What You’ll Be Doing
* Conduct complex analysis of business requirements and output needs, ensuring alignment with AOMS standards and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide insights, and ensure a shared understanding to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Support design, development, and testing phases by working with agile teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of output solutions.
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during implementation and after production release.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying issues and supporting effective solution delivery across environments.
What You’ll Bring Along
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
* Experience in output design, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into effective output solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Experience working in agile teams, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
* Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple tasks.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
