• Build, mentor, and develop a diverse team while managing process excellence and driving operational improvements.
• Encourage creativity in virtual and technology‑enabled selling approaches.
• Collaborate with broader field sales teams and support functions to enhance customer relationships.
• Coach team members on account planning, efficient sales activities, and revenue growth.
• Follow external industry trends in Inside Sales, Virtual Selling, digital communications, and team collaboration.

• Strong team‑leadership and coaching experience.
• Motivated to be part of an innovative setup and to manage a high‑performing team.
• Passion for Siemens technology, products, and services in industrial automation and digitalization (e.G., SIMATIC, SINAMICS, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge).
• Expertise in virtual selling, including digital engagement, virtual communication, and social media use, to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent listening, open communication style, and ability to convey excitement over phone or video calls.
• Data‑analytics mindset and strong performance‑driving skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory;
  proficiency in Swiss German, German, or French is a plus.
• Passion for continuous growth.
