Senior HR Generalists are sought to join our organization in a dynamic role that encompasses administrative HR management, recruiting, and training activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel policies and procedures through an external payroll supplier, analyzing job requirements, preparing job descriptions for recruitment, conducting job interviews when necessary, arranging internal training and development programs, and supporting the HR Director in managing union relations.
The selected candidate will be an active and proactive HR support to the Site Manager, working closely with them to achieve organizational goals.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Manage the administration of personnel policies and procedures through an external payroll supplier.
* Analyze job requirements and prepare job descriptions for recruitment.
* Conduct job interviews when needed.
* Arrange internal training and development programs as needed to match training requirements.
* Support the HR Director in managing union relations.
Compensation Package:
The fixed annual salary will be based on the candidate's experience, and lunch reimbursement is offered at partner restaurants nearby.
Employment Contract:
The employment contract is governed by the Chemical Industry National Collective Labor Agreement level B.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in the position, along with a solid educational background, is required.
A good knowledge of English is essential, especially for interactions with the Global HR Director and for any projects involving collaboration with HR colleagues from other countries.
Additional Information:
Flexible working hours, with early leave (one hour) on Fridays, are available. Occasional and non-continuous travel to other Italian and international locations may be required.
