Ph3Description /h3 pThis role will act as a General Manager for the Bologna site. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing local Quality, HSE, Procurement, Manufacturing, and finance teams with direct reporting to the Europe’s Operations leader. The person will also have a direct reporting line for our Natural Gas Operations and Quality teams in Armentires. /p h3In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be : /h3 ul liOwn Monthly operational results for Bologna and Francel to ensure financial and customer commitments are met and exceeded (Sales, On Time Delivery, Inventory, profitability) /li liDrive operational improvement to support customer expectations and develop operational market differentiators /li liDrive margin improvement for our Natural Gas skids business in Europe /li liOrchestrate product moves within Europe / Globally in coordination with PRM Manufacturing strategies /li liIn coordination with Europe and Global Supply Chain identify, develop and implement programs to control our cost and our delivery risks /li liFunction as site leader for Bologna in coordination with Emerson country leadership and other Europe PRM leadership team to ensure alignment and continuity in a matrix environment /li liDrive Operations perfection between sites to coordinate Natural gas skids delivery and profitability across sites (Bologna, Armentires, Manchester) /li liIdentify and drive organization and talent developments to achieve strategic deployment objectives /li liLead organization certification around Safety and Environment and drive team engagement to ensure compliance to standards and continuous improvement /li liEnsure strong cooperation with PRM EU sites (Cluj, Manchester) /li /ul h3Who You Are : /h3 pYou quickly and significantly take actions in fact‑changing unpredictable situations.
