Essential Responsibilities - Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers. - Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. - Collect need and requirements from the clients, processing the orders using proper software. - Ensure that the spare parts are correctly shipped and delivered. - Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. - Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. - Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree from and accredited University, Economics is preferred - Fluency in English and Italian - Basic experience in a customer driven environment and strong ability to communicate with customers - Basic experience in similar roles (logistics/procurement) - Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics - Strong oral and written communication skills.
