PFor the Italian branch of an international group of companies operating in a dynamic B2B sales and distribution environment, whose core business is a range of highly technological products, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance and Administration to lead and manage the administrative, accounting and financial operations. /ppThe ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy, ensuring fiscal compliance, and providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to both the Group Board and local management. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppStrategic Financial Planning /pulliDevelop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with group objectives. /liliLead financial planning and analysis (FPA), providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Group Board and Italian management. /liliPrepare monthly PL statements, annual budgets, and periodic budget reviews. /liliPlan and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity. /li /ulpReporting Compliance /pulliPrepare and deliver financial reports for the Group Board, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. /liliOversee the preparation of the annual financial statements and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. /liliEnsure full tax compliance and manage all related obligations. /liliSupervise or execute year-end adjustments and reconciliations. /li /ulpOperational Finance Administration /pulliManage general accounting, fiscal warehouse operations, analytical accounting, treasury, tax declarations, and administrative compliance. /liliOversee credit collection, banking operations, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions. /liliEnsure completeness of administrative documentation for participation in public tenders. /li /ulpPerformance Cost Control /pulliCollaborate with the management team to optimize stock management, improve margin performance, and control fixed costs. /li /ulpStakeholder Management /pulliCoordinate with external consultants in tax, corporate, and HR matters. /liliManage relationships with auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors. /liliMaintain regular communication with group HQ and subsidiaries abroad to ensure alignment and consistency. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliDegree in Economics, Finance, or related field. /lili8–12 years of professional experience in finance and administration, preferably in commercial/distribution sectors. /liliProven experience with advanced ERP and accounting systems. /liliStrong proficiency in database use and international-level financial reporting. /liliAdvanced English proficiency (mandatory). /liliExcellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. /li /ulpWorkplace Policy /ppThis is a full on-site position.
