We are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Trezzano sul Naviglio. You would fit in at Kids&Us; if you have a positive attitude and an energetic, can-do approach to children’s learning.

Responsibilities
- Prepare your classes using Kids&Us;’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
- Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
- Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To
- Prepare your classes using Kids&Us;’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
- Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
- Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
As a Coordinator You’ll Have To
- Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us; policies and method
- Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school
Requirements
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
- Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
- Interest in working with children
- Planning and organisation skills
- A team player: if you\'ve played on a team, you\'ll fit right in!
We Offer
- Fixed-term contract until March 2026;
- 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher - Availability required five days a week, including Saturday;
- Young and stimulating work environment;
- Start in September 2025.
