PWhat is The Global Client Programs Learning Design team responsible for? /ppThe Global Client Programs Learning Design team is a global educational content production group responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive catalog of educational, value-add learning courses. We strive to provide value beyond investing to financial professionals so that they can provide superior service to their clients. /ppThe group is also responsible for developing materials that support distribution and sales training, from onboarding to ongoing skill building across roles. /ppWe are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop value-add programs for financial professionals across the globe. /ppThe Instructional Designer will utilize a combination of established best practices and new, innovative ideas in the field of instructional design, to deliver exceptional learning experiences through live and live-virtual engagements, e-learning, video, and other media. /ppbOngoing responsibilities include: /b /polliConduct learning assessments to determine the most effective learning activities and course designs that align with goals and objectives. /liliProject management: Plan, communicate, manage, monitor, and evaluate the scope, resources, and time parameters to achieve deliverables and goals. /liliDesign and develop learning materials on topics such as investment themes, market knowledge, and practice management for financial professionals. /liliDesign curricula for face-to-face and virtual learning sessions using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches; develop storyboards for e-learning and videos. /liliLegal and compliance: Prepare materials as needed for routing and approval through required channels. /li /olpbIdeal qualifications, skills, and experience: /b /pulli2-5 years of experience in content writing and design, instructional design, learning development, and/or adult education. /liliBachelor’s degree. /liliDegree or coursework in Education, Curriculum Design, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field is a plus. /liliDegree or experience in financial services, investments, asset management, a strong plus. /liliExperience working with asset management, investment advisory, or banking firms. /liliExperience designing and facilitating interactive learning experiences, curricula based on experiential learning, adult learning principles, and using blended learning and innovative technologies. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results on schedule. /liliExperience developing value-add materials for financial professionals. /liliHighly creative in presenting complex financial information. /liliKnowledge of and interest in global financial markets and economics is a plus. /liliFlexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player. /liliProven ability to manage change and processes. /liliAbility to engage confidently with staff at all levels, collaborate on projects, and communicate results. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
