Thanks to the transversal responsibilities expected for this role you will have the possibility to gain experience across the Fabric Care Product lines and Electrolux Major Appliance - Europe. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liPrepare technical specification for new equipment and tooling /li liRationalize plant layout /li liSupport Maintenance team in improvements of performance equipment /li liInterface with RD, Quality and Central Engineering for manufacturability of products /li liCooperation with Central Engineering to industrialize new products and research innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 ul liBachelor/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education. /li liPrevious experience in Lean or Process engineering would be considered a plus /li liStrong problem solving with consistent analysis attitude; /li liProcess-oriented and cost-conscious mindset; /li liOpen-minded and improvement-oriented attitude; /li liGood communication skills (ability to interact with factory and at RD colleagues); /li liFluent in English and Italian /li /ul h3Where you’ll be /h3 pYou will be based in Porcia, located in the metropolitan area of Pordenone (Northeast Italy), where the main Electrolux RD centre is located.
