Position Snapshot - Nestlé in Italy, Milan Head Quarter - Full-time internship (6 months) - Start date: June Position Summary The Intern will support the AG & QA Manager in the activities related to products development and quality management of Nestlé Professional products. The Intern will work in close collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders like Marketing, Chefs, Factories, Suppliers, Regulatory Affairs, Purchasing for ensuring the availability of new products in accordance with the launch time. The Intern will also support AG &QA manager in the preparation of all documentation for customers and sales. A day in the life of - Collaboration with Marketing and Chefs for the development of new products. - Support in the product development asking Nestlé factories (EU/ExtraEU) and suppliers, for technical product information. - Support in the drafting of Manufacturing Dossiers - Support to guarantee the product compliance with Nestlé guidelines, uploading the recipes data in the Nestlé database (Great) - Support in the labelling process sharing the technical information with RSA - Support to check the product compliance with Nestlé guidelines, uploading the Nutritional data into the Nestlé database for the study of the nutritional profile (NF) - Support to check the product compliance with nutritional label declaration, uploading the Nutritional data into the Nestlé database (CAT2) - Support to draw up and update of the technical sheets for the customers and sales - Support to prepare documentation for key customers.
