The Residential Life Educator is responsible for the supervision and support of students in their physical and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students to ensure a safe and supportive environment
* Provide guidance and counseling to students as needed
* Maintain accurate records of student behavior and performance
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
Requirements:
* A mature and sensible manner with punctuality and enforcement skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Ability to perform campus walkarounds in all weather conditions
* Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to contribute
Working Conditions:
* Working hours mainly cover weekends and evenings as required
* Some overnight duties and school holiday activities are included
* This is a part-time role with breaks
