The Business Consulting Manager is responsible for leading the relationships with a portfolio of clients. S/He is partnering with Intelligence, Mx Development and Mx Measurement to ensure the excellence in the Mx (Media Experience) services delivery to their clients. Job Description :
La risorsa si occuperà di assicurare la realizzazione delle attività di Planning, in base alle esigenze espresse dal cliente; le responsabilità principali in carico alla posizione ricercata sono le seguenti:
Partecipazione all’esecuzione delle strategie globali di marketing, in accordo con le direttive espresse dalla Direzione del Servizio al Cliente di Havas Media, per coprire gli obbiettivi finanziari e di comunicazione del cliente.
Gestione della relazione quotidiana con il cliente e risoluzione delle eventuali problematiche inerenti il livello di servizio e gli aspetti qualitativi dell’attività svolta.
Supervisione e gestione delle campagne digital/offline e coordinamento con il resto del team al fine di promuovere la realizzazione di campagne integrate
Monitoraggio e controllo degli indicatori provenienti dalla direzione commerciale.
Gestione della coerenza tra planning, reportistica e fatturazione.
Supporto al Managing Partner nella gestione e coordinamento del team di lavoro assegnato.
Sviluppo del business sul Cliente e conseguente aumento del billing gestito, attraverso la proposizione dell’intera linea di prodotti e servizi di Havas Media.
Requisiti:
Laurea o cultura equivalente
Esperienza minima di 4 anni presso agenzie media strutturate nel ruolo di Media Planner Senior preferibilmente maturata su Clienti globali
Conoscenza approfondita dei principali strumenti di comunicazione e visibilità legati al mondo online, delle metriche di misurazione dell’efficacia delle campagne
Conoscenza e relazione con le principali concessionarie per la vendita di spazi off-line/on-line
Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office e dei principali tools di pianificazione
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione e capacità di negoziazione
Autonomia operativa
Spiccato orientamento al Cliente ed ai risultati
Capacità di teamwork ed esperienza nel coordinamento di risorse
Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività
