We are looking for a PAYROLL SPECIALIST to take part in Sisecam Flat Glass Italy, in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or related fields;
- Previous experience of at least 2–3 years in the role within large manufacturing companies or professional firms;
- Knowledge of SAP management software;
- Good command of the Italian and English languages;
- Excellent proficiency in Excel.
The candidate will be involved in all daily office activities related to personnel management, attendance, and payroll:
Responsibilities
- receiving documents (sick leave, work injuries, salary-backed loans, expense reports/business trips, vacation/leave requests, meal vouchers, management of supplementary pension funds);
- support in payslip processing;
- Uniemens, F24, and interaction with external institutions;
- contract management;
- hiring procedures, contract extensions, terminations;
- reporting, analysis, and statistics on personnel costs.
