Working with us means working in an ambitious team, within a multicultural and international context!Our ambition is to contribute to building a more responsible, communal and inclusive world for our employees and clients.We are currently looking for a Capex Procurement Specialist to support one of our projects in Monza.Capex procurement specialist is the expert in negotiation of Indirect Material, Purchased Parts, Services, Equipment.Capex Procurement specialist emphasizes speed and agility with a reactive and transaction-focused approach focused on meeting immediate needs [Tactical Sourcing]Capex Procurement specialist focuses on thorough analysis and long-term planning, with a proactive and comprehensive strategy that considers an organization's current and future needs [Strategic Sourcing]Capex Procurement specialist plays an important role in contract negotiation and fulfillment focusing on:Increased efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processesReduced time spent on paperwork and management of procurementsImproved communication and collaboration with suppliers and buyersResponsibilities:Selection of suppliersProvide vendor and Subcontract sourcing and pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQ's)Analyze and evaluate vendor offers, proposals, contracts of Indirect Material and Purchased PartsCarrying out of contract negotiationsPerformance of cost-price analysisDevelop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting - KPIKnowledge of the pharmaceutical world (is a plus)Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receiptsCreate and manage all PosAbout you:Degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.3 + of experience in Purchasing processes and negotiation in Capex contextStrong negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ processesStrong database and computer skillsExpert in IT tools and system (Ariba, SAP, ERP, MRP, MS Office)Exemplary written and verbal communicationStrong diplomatic and collaboration skillsGood Leadership and teamworkDemonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solvingKeeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity and a passion for learning & growthExperience in process improvementGood English knowledgeJob details:Location: MonzaStart date: March/AprilNext StepsSomeone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview.If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
