Responsibilities
- Collaborate in defining the editorial calendar and create creative content (posts, videos, stories, employee interviews) for Career channels.
- Support the organization and participation in university Career Days, webinars, and networking events to attract young talent.
- Contribute to internal communication projects designed to engage employees, such as internal newsletters, Ambassador Program initiatives, and company events.
- Monitor Employer Branding campaign performance and corporate reputation on digital platforms, proposing improvement actions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize the candidate journey and align it with the corporate brand.
Qualifications
- Laurea, preferably a master's degree in Humanities or Economics.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Good knowledge of Excel for reporting, PowerPoint and Canva for presentations.
- Proactive, curious, and skilled in problem solving.
- Solid knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and ready to leverage digital tools.
