The Assistente Governante will support the housekeeping department by overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include supervising laundry operations, training and guiding staff, maintaining outstanding customer service, and assisting in the seamless functioning of the housekeeping team to enhance the guest experience. br /p b Qualifications br /b ulli Proficiency in Laundry operations and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness /lili Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with both guests and team members /lili Excellent Organization xdwybme Skills for task coordination and efficient time management /lili Experience in Training and providing guidance to maintain team standards /lili Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving /lili Relevant experience in housekeeping roles, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting /lili Availability to work on-site in Castelnuovo Berardenga /lili Basic understanding of Italian and/or English languages is advantageous /li /ul
