About the role: Main Tasks: - Preparation of statutory financial statement, guaranteeing accuracy of the data and contents; - Preparation of the figures in order to support the processing of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements according to IAS-IFRS; - Monthly management of local figures for the uploading on the Ferrero Group consolidation system, preparing the necessary adjustments in order to align with the reference accounting standards of the Group; - Contribute with the Italian tax function to guarantee the preparation of income tax returns (IRES and IRAP), including calculation and fulfillment of the documents; - Preparation of the information required for the certification of the financial statements by Independent Auditors and Board of Statutory Auditors and manage the direct relationship with external auditor and controlling bodies; - Fulfillment of all requests for data, information, news and questionnaires from external sources, to which Ferrero is required to provide an official response (including, Istat, Mediobanca and the Bank of Italy); - Execution of Financial Analysis (Customers / Suppliers) to fulfill requests of other internal Departments; - Annual reconciliation of the Statutory Financial Statements with the IFRS Financial Statements both in the income statement and in the balance sheet items. Who we are looking for: - Successfully completed Business Management studies; - 5 years of experience; - Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive and autonomous mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of delivering results while respecting deadlines, and exhibit strong communication and computing capabilities; - IFRS and Italian GAAP knowledge; - Previous consistent experience in accounting or audit firm/department; - FMCG experience is a plus.
