**Main Responsibilities**: - Ensure the process assigned (monitor invoicing, customer reconciliations, transitory accounts clearing, customer credit monitor)
- Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances
- Credit notes posting and customer data update on SAP, as per the policy
- Payments and customer daily clearing
- VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing depending on the specific case
- Analyzing customer account statements and arrange refunds if necessary, in agreement with sales force
- Possible involvment in projects related to customers and collection accounting in BU function **Who we are looking for**: - Degree in Business Management (Master is a plus)
- Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure environment;
- Analytical mindset
